Refund policy
Fuzz Records offers returns / exchanges for most items within 30 days of the date the order shipped. To begin the process, please contact us at orders@fuzzrecs.com. Be sure to include your order number and detailed description of your request.
Please do not send returns back without preauthorization as they will not be refunded.
In order to receive a full refund:
- Items must be in new condition and returned in proper packaging to ensure resalability
- CDs, vinyl records, cassettes, and DVDs must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.
- Clothing must be unwashed and unworn.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost
Defective, damaged or incorrect items
In the event that your items are damaged, defective or incorrect upon delivery, please email orders@fuzzrecs.com to discuss replacement or refund options. Please include your order number, the item name and photos / video of the product that shows the issue clearly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that we cannot be held liable for, and do not issue refunds or replacements for minor cosmetic damages suffered in transit. This includes but is not limited to: vinyl with dinged corners, seam splits, or bent jackets.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@fuzzrecs.com.
